Industrial electronics,
from schematic to certified prototype.

Fieldcore designs control hardware for industrial products: 24 V power architectures, galvanically isolated I/O, mixed-signal DAQ, and CM4/SOM carrier boards — with documented design calculations, EMC-aware layout, and manufacturing-ready outputs.

4-layer
mixed-signal industrial carrier (CM4, isolated I/O, eFUSE power banks)
24-bit
precision DAQ layout experience (0.2 g load-cell resolution)

Design Review

A senior engineer's written audit of your schematic or layout: power integrity, return paths, protection, DFM, standards risks. Delivered in 5 business days. The low-risk way to test us.

Deliverable: written report + annotated findings + fix priorities
from $800

PCB Layout

Constraint-driven layout from your schematic: stackup planning, return-path discipline, creepage/clearance, DFM-clean outputs. KiCad or Altium.

Deliverable: layout + Gerbers/ODB++ + fab notes
from $2,500

CM4 / SOM Carrier Design

Custom carrier boards for Raspberry Pi CM4 and other SoMs — power architecture, isolated field I/O, RS-485/Ethernet/USB integration. Our reference platform below is the proof.

Deliverable: full design package + bring-up support

Full Product Design

Schematic → layout → prototype coordination (JLCPCB/PCBWay assembly) → bring-up support. Industrial controllers, DAQ nodes, appliance electronics.

Deliverable: turnkey design + assembled prototypes
from $400

EMC / DFM Pre-Compliance Review

Catch the failures before the lab does: protection devices, grounding strategy, isolation barriers, ESD/surge paths, creepage, test-point coverage.

Deliverable: risk report + corrective actions

IN DEVELOPMENT — PUBLIC BUILD LOG

Protex® FlowGuard — Pump Controller with Protection

Own product under the Protex® brand · concept → schematic → PCB → enclosure
  • Automatic tank water-level control for households
  • Pump protection features designed around real failure modes [dry-run / over-voltage / overload]
  • Mains-connected design: creepage discipline, protection devices, cost-engineered BOM

Published as an honest in-development build log — the same engineering rigor we apply to client products, in the open.

Process

How an engagement works.

01

NDA + scoping call

Mutual NDA, then 20 minutes on your requirements, constraints, and standards targets.

02

Fixed quote

Written scope, deliverables, timeline, fixed price. No hourly-meter anxiety.

03

50% upfront

Work begins. You get a shared project space with versioned files from day one.

04

Scheduled reviews

Schematic and layout design reviews at defined milestones — you see decisions, with the math.

05

Delivery + 30 days

Complete manufacturing package, remaining 50%, then 30 days of included support.

IP Policy

Your IP stays yours.

Client work is contractually firewalled from Fieldcore's own product lines (Protex®). IP transfers to you on final payment. Mutual NDA before any files change hands. We publish case studies of client work only with written permission — or anonymized.
