Intellectual property

Client intellectual property is contractually firewalled from Fieldcore's own product development (Protex® brand). Unless agreed otherwise in a Master Services Agreement: IP in deliverables transfers to the client upon receipt of final payment; Fieldcore retains the right to reuse generic know-how that contains no client confidential information. Case studies of client work are published only with written permission or in anonymized form.

Engagement terms (summary)

• Mutual NDA executed before exchange of confidential files
• Fixed-price quotes with written scope and deliverables
• 50% upfront; balance on delivery; 30 days of included post-delivery support
• Liability capped at fees paid for the relevant engagement
• Payments accepted: Payoneer, Wise, SWIFT wire
